Competency cards

Tick cards held, then photo the front and back of each. A CSCS card or a CISRS card is required (scaffolders use CISRS). Both sides of that card are required before the induction can be signed. Other cards are only needed if they hold them.

Training certificates

Tick certificates held and attach the certificate file (PDF or image). No front/back required.

PPE issue

I understand I must wear the PPE above and have been trained in its use.
