Gas torch & cylinder daily inspection (QFL-IMS-HSF-032). Location, make/model, cylinder size + Yes/No checks. No Jubilee clamps. Sign on the pad.
Contract EWN — matters, effects of delay, staged issue & close-out (QFL-IMS-GEN-EWN). Fill reopens today’s form if one already exists.
